Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused candles in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the items back to our fulfillment center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
